Workplace Harassment Recognition and Prevention for Grocery Management gives retail Management a broad overview of the problem of workplace harassment – how to recognize it and what to do when it occurs. Management gains an understanding of the different types of harassment and best practices for dealing with its occurrence on the job. Knowing how federal and state laws protect workers from harassment and Management's role in the complaint process is emphasized. Participants take a final assessment to demonstrate their mastery of course content.
