FMI - Sexual Harassment Recognition and Prevention for Managers

This program, involving separate tracks for managers and hourly associates, will educate employees at all levels in understanding the broad definition of sexual harassment and the consequences of inappropriate behavior in the workplace. Users of the program will learn how to:

• Identify laws, definitions and behaviors associated with sexual harassment
• Examine methods used to identify harassment and handle communications with the offender
• Resolve harassment conflicts

Vignettes demonstrate to employees how issues involving unwelcome sexual conduct could adversely affect performance and create a hostile working environment.
