Ready2Manage: Facilitate Continuous Improvement

In this course, we introduce the basics of continuous improvement, which is an initiative whereby processes and models are constantly evaluated and tested to ensure that optimum performance and customer service is achieved. We will also explore aspects of a modern organization that will typically be subject to continuous improvement and look at techniques to consider when opportunities for improvement are identified. You will need to custom-fit the base techniques and methods discussed to your specific environment, people, processes, goods and services, etc. As a leader, you are responsible for the quality of your team’s output. To maintain a high level of quality, you need to set the required standard. We will recognize the importance of the culture, structure and philosophies that drive workplace processes and systems. We look at the process of implementing continuous improvement in your organization, beginning with planning and investigate the importance of ensuring team members are informed of any productivity / service improvements.
