Ready2Manage - Achieving Planned Outcomes

This course explains how an Organization can break down barriers and Achieve Planned Outcomes. The Course consists of four modules: Module 1 Allocate Budget Resources, Module 2: Identify Options for Improved Performance, Module 3: Monitor Financial Activities against Budget, and Module 4: Resource Budgets and Reports. Some of the topics covered include: How to conduct Job Analysis, Dealing with Poor Performance, Interpreting Budget Performance, and how to Conduct Regular Budget Checks.
